Board of Directors Meeting Minutes
May 2, 2004

Attendance:	Jim Horton, Amy Dwerlkotte, Mike Bremseth, Robbie Hedges

Bank Signatories Resolution:	Motion: To appoint Robbie Hedges and Amy Dwerlkotte as signatories on all bank withdrawals. Action: Approved by unanimous vote.

Contributions:	Larry Sellers participated the BIA Parenting Classes and was paid $792.00. A cash contribution was received in the amount of $42.00. Total cash in: $834.00.

Spirit of Hope:	A contribution was to be made to Spirit of Hope in the amount of $100.00. It was decided not to contribute when questions of ethics arose.
