Web Site

Robbie’s friend is very busy can not do our web site.  Eric volunteered to create the web site.

Grant

Application sent by Dona McKinney.  Grant amended: Project Narrative read by Amy for Diabetes Program.  $3500 will be applied for to help diabetics.

Future Vacancy

No applications have been officially received yet – they are due by the end of Feb.   There may be two persons interested.

New Business

Pow Wow

Dona McKinney will provide a budget for the pow wow on Memorial day weekend n Columbia , MO. The event will last three days.  $ 3,000.oo for head staff.  $1000 for the Drum.  Ads are on sale.  Vendors.  Inside arena.  $700.00 for rental of facilities.  Budget to be sent to Board Members.
